2. Shipping Methods
- DHL Express — worldwide, for most parcel shipments.
- FedEx International Priority — worldwide, for time-sensitive orders.
- DPD — primary carrier for EU domestic shipments.
- UPS — primary carrier for North American shipments.
- Sea-LCL (Less-than-Container Load) — available for B2B bulk orders; offers lowest cost for large or heavy shipments.
- Dangerous goods sea freight — required for UN3480/UN3481 high-voltage battery components (see Section 5).
3. Lead Times
- Dispatch: 1–3 business days for in-stock parts.
- Express delivery: 5–10 business days transit after dispatch to most destinations worldwide, including the EU & UK, CIS / Russia, North America, the Middle East, Africa, SEA, AU/NZ and LatAm.
- Sea freight (bulk orders): 15–35 business days.
- Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance may add additional time.
4. Shipment Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. For orders over €200, a signature is required upon delivery.
5. High-Voltage / Dangerous Goods Shipping
⚠ Important: Battery modules and lithium-ion high-voltage components are classified as dangerous goods under IATA/IMDG regulations.
- HV battery packs, modules, and cells are classified as UN3480 (Lithium-ion batteries, standalone) or UN3481 (Lithium-ion batteries installed in or packed with equipment).
- These items cannot be shipped by air express — they must travel by approved sea freight using UN-certified packaging.
- Lead time: 30–45 days door-to-door for HV/DG shipments.
- A dangerous-goods surcharge applies and will be confirmed at quote.
- HV components require a certified DG freight forwarder and may require additional customs documentation.
6. Customs Duties & Taxes
EU: Orders valued under €150 are cleared with VAT included at checkout (IOSS). Orders over €150 may require local customs clearance; import VAT and duties are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
UK: Orders under £135 include UK VAT at checkout. Orders over £135 may be subject to UK import duty and VAT payable on delivery.
All other countries: Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or control customs charges.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Upon acceptance of the carrier claim, we will re-ship your order or issue a refund. If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging before opening and contact us within 48 hours.
8. PO Box & Restricted Addresses
We do not support delivery to PO Box addresses for high-voltage components or any order requiring a signature. Standard parts may be shipped to a PO Box where the carrier permits it — please check at checkout.
9. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title to goods passes to you upon delivery as confirmed by the carrier's delivery scan. For B2B orders under EXW or FOB Incoterms, risk passes as specified in the agreed Incoterm.
