EV Crate is the specialist EV and hybrid spare parts division of Global TradeHub Limited, registered in Hong Kong (HK office: Room 602, 6/F, Kai Yue Commercial Building, No. 2c Argyle Street, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong). We sell OEM and aftermarket spare parts for Chinese-brand electric and hybrid vehicles including BYD, NIO, XPeng, Geely, Chery, Haval, MG, Zeekr, and more.

You may browse our catalogue without an account. To place an order you must provide accurate contact and shipping information. B2B accounts require a separate application and approval process — see our B2B Portal. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if the part is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if a pricing error has occurred. We will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for any cancelled orders that have already been paid.

• Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay) — for standard retail orders.
• Bank transfer (TT) — available for orders over €500 and all B2B accounts.
• B2B credit terms (Net-15, Net-30) — available to approved B2B accounts only; subject to credit limits set at account approval.
• All payment data is handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.

We ship to 35+ countries. Lead times vary: most in-stock parts dispatch within 1–3 business days and arrive within 5–10 business days to most destinations. High-voltage / UN3480/UN3481 dangerous-goods components ship by approved sea freight with a 30–45 day lead time. Full details in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

We clearly indicate on each product listing whether a part is: OEM-boxed (genuine manufacturer packaging), OE-supplier plain-box (made by the OEM-approved Tier-1 supplier, supplied without branded packaging), or aftermarket Tier-1 (equivalent quality from an independent manufacturer). It is your responsibility to verify that any part is suitable for your specific vehicle. We provide VIN fitment assistance — use our VIN decoder to confirm compatibility.

You are responsible for confirming that the ordered part is compatible with your specific vehicle, including year, trim, and variant. Our VIN decoder and fitment guides are provided as a convenience only and do not constitute a guarantee of fit. If in doubt, contact us before ordering. We accept no liability for parts ordered for the wrong vehicle.

Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Warranty terms are set out in our Warranty Policy. These do not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, shipping carrier disruptions, customs delays, trade sanctions, or acts of government.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in accordance with its administered arbitration rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or by a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
